37-Year-Old Female: Removal of Implants
This 37 year old patient underwent breast implant removal and total capsulectomy with Dr. Traci Temmen. She had silicone implants around 500cc that were placed in 2012. She felt that she may have breast implant illness with symptoms like joint pain, fatigue, low libido, brain fog , etc.. She desired to have her implants and capsules out. She is so much happier knowing that they're out and she no longer has to worry about them making her sick or needing to be replaced. She is happy with her natural looking breasts.
43-Year-Old Female: Removal of Implants
The patient is a 43 year old who underwent a breast implant removal, total capsulectomy, and liposuction with fat transfer to the breasts. She was a 34DDD with around 475cc saline implants that were placed 1999. She non longer wanted her implants for fear of breast implant illness and autoimmune diseases. She wanted as much volume as she could get without getting an implant, so she decided to do fat transfer for a natural augmentation. We love her results and so does she!
57-Year-Old Female: Removal of Implants
This is a lovely 57 year old female who underwent breast implant removal with liposuction and fat transfer to the breasts. She was a DD and had 500cc silicone implants under the muscle. She no longer wanted to deal with the maintenance implants and wanted a more natural. She wanted as much volume as she could get without getting an implant, so she decided to do fat transfer for a natural augmentation. She also considered a lift but decided to hold off for now in order to avoid further scarring. We think she looks great! She is very happy with her naturally appearing breasts.
51-Year-Old Female: Removal of Implants
This is a 51 year old patient who underwent a breast implant removal with Dr. Traci Temmen. This was able to be done under local anesthesia in our office. The patient was unhappy with her implants that were placed by another surgeon. She had different size silicone implants and she noticed mild asymmetries and was unhappy with the size. She also didn't like the social stigmata of implants and felt that it was drawing too much attention that she didn't want. She is very happy with her implnt remoal results.
47-Year-Old Female: Removal of Implants
The patient is a 47 year old female who came to Dr. Temmen for implant removal surgery. She no longer wanted her heavy, large, unnatural breast implants. She first had 450cc saline implants in June 2000. She then wet back for a revision aug with circumareolar lift in August 2001 with 450cc on the right and 420cc on the left. She was tired of implants and the maintenance and wanted them out. She has decided against doing a breast lift at the same because she feels her breasts have an acceptable amount of sag for her age, and we agreed. She may consider breast lift in the future, and we will be here for her if and when she decides that is what she wants.
44-Year-Old Female: Removal of Implants
This patient is a 44 year old female who underwent breast implant removal, liposuction and fat transfer to the breasts. She no longer wanted to deal with the maintanace of implants and she felt that they were too large. She was a DD and wanted to be a C.
60-Year-Old Female: Removal of Implants
This is a 60 year old patient who underwent breast implant removal with breast lift, liposuction and fat transfer to the breasts. She was unhappy with her implants and no longer wanted them due to the size and upkeep. She had 350cc saline implants that were placed in 1994! She wanted as much volume as she could get without getting an implant, so she decided to do fat transfer for a natural augmentation. She also didn't want her breasts to be more saggy after taking the implant out, so she decided to lift the breasts for a perkier more youthful and overall better result. She is so happy that they are now out. She even has told us that her neck pain is diminished. We are thrilled with her results.
42-Year-Old Female: Removal of Implants
The patient is a 42 year old female who came to Dr. Temmen for implant removal. In 2019 she underwent a silicone breast augmentation with 285cc implants placed under the muscle. Although she no longer desired implants, she still wanted as much volume as she could get, so she elected for implant removal with liposuction and fat transfer to the breasts. Her goal was to try to stay the same size, even after implant removal, and Dr. Temmen was able to do just that with liposuction of the trunk and fat transfer to the breasts.

This is a 39 year old female who elected to have her implants removed. Her right breast sustained a spontaneous ruptre and she decided she did not want to deal with the maintanance and upkeep of implants any longer. Youll also notice Dr. Temmen performed a nipple reduction for rejuvination after breast feeding.
31-Year-Old Female: Removal of Implants
This is a 31-year-old female who elected to undergo an implant removal with total capsulectomy by Dr. Traci Temmen. This patient believed she was suffering from breast implant illness. She had 325cc silicone implants that were placed under the muscle through a transaxillary incision approach in 2014. Her breast implant illness symptoms included palpitations, chest pains, numbness in fingers and limbs. She is extremely happy with her breast and relief of BII symptoms.

48-Year-Old Female: Removal of Implants & Fat Transfer to Breast
This 48-year-old patient had severe capsular contracture following breast augmentation many years ago. She wanted removal of her implants but did not want to look "deformed" or "completely flat chested." Dr. Traci Temmen performed a removal of her old implants and capsule along with liposuction of her trunk, thighs, and knees. Even in this extremely thin patient, 1000cc of pure fat was obtained without causing donor site deformity, and 500cc was transferred to each breast. She has an exceptionally beautiful, soft, and natural result.
