    Our patient is a 42-year-old female who is unhappy with size, rippling, and sagging appearance of her breasts. Previously, the patient had 420cc saline implants placed through the areola and under the pectoralis muscle in 2005. . After multiple consultations, the patient decided she was ready to remove ipmlants and get a lift. The patient is DDD-cup and wanted to be a C Cup. Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing the removal of the implants with mastopexy. The patient is very happy with her post-surgical results.
