    Our patient is a 39-year-old female with complaint of exchanging her saline implants to silicone. Previously, the patient had 375cc saline implants bilaterally. The patient was a C cup and wanted like to be a small D cup. Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing breast augmentation with exchange of implants using ultra high profile 550cc silicone implants.
