This 54-year-old female chose to undergo a breast implant revision with downsizing and breast lift after thoughtfully considering surgery for over 10 years. Her original saline implants (350cc) were placed under the muscle in 2002. She desired a perkier, more youthful breast shape while maintaining upper pole fullness—without increasing size.
She underwent a breast implant exchange to smaller smooth, round 300cc silicone implants placed subpectorally, combined with a breast lift using a superior medial pedicle and Wise pattern technique, performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Traci Temmen in Tampa, Florida.
