This 24-year-old patient chose to undergo breast implant removal after feeling that her implants no longer aligned with her lifestyle or aesthetic goals. She previously had 345cc silicone implant on the left and 295cc on the right placed under the muscle, but felt her breasts were too large and desired a more natural, implant-free look. She underwent explant surgery to remove the implants and return to her natural breast tissue. As expected, her breasts are now smaller, softer, and more natural in appearance, with a wider shape and some looseness of the skin following implant removal.
