This 62-year-old patient is shown after breast implant removal followed by natural breast augmentation with liposuction and fat transfer to the breasts. She previously had 350cc silicone implants but felt her breasts were larger and fuller than she desired. Her implants were first removed under local anesthesia to allow the breast tissue to relax and settle. Once healed, she underwent liposuction with fat transfer to the breasts, using her own natural fat to restore soft volume and shape without implants. The result is a smaller, lighter, and more natural breast contour with improved balance and gentle upper pole fullness. She is extremely happy with her outcome and loves the natural look and feel of her breasts.
