Breast implant removal with fat transfer before and after by Dr. Traci Temmen in Tampa, Florida. This 49-year-old patient underwent breast implant removal (explant surgery) with natural breast augmentation using fat transfer after previously having 350cc silicone breast implants. Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, iliac rolls, lower back, inner thighs, and knees was performed to harvest fat while also improving body contour. Fat grafting to the breasts was then used to restore natural breast volume, improve contour, and create soft, balanced, natural-looking breast enhancement without implants.
