39-Year-Old Female: Tummy Tuck Before and After Photos

Our patient is a 39-year-old mother of three, including one set of twins, was an avid cross-fit enthusiast and followed an extremely healthy diet. Despite all her hard work, the patient simply could not tighten her abdominal muscles, reshape her abdomen, or lose her excess abdominal skin after her pregnancies. Dr. Temmen performed a tummy tuck with liposuction, also known as lipoabdominoplasty, to completely recontour this patient’s trunk. Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back was performed to sculpt a trim, curvy silhouette. The rectus muscles were tightened in the midline to recreate a six-pack.
