Our patient is a 34-year-old female with complaint of excess lower abdominal skin as well as localized, diet and exercise resistant fatty deposits of the abdomen, flanks, iliac rolls, and back. The patient denies a history of blood clots to the legs or lungs, bleeding disorders, or clotting disorders. Dr. Temmen performed a Brazilian butt lift with 4000cc of supernatant fat extracted and 1200cc of fat injected on hips and each buttock.
