    Our patient is a 41-year-old female with complaint of dissatisfaction with her small breasts, bilateral breast ptosis, loss of superior pole fullness, excess abdominal skin, lipodystrophy of the trunk, and diasthesis of the rectus muscles. Dr. Temmen performed a bilateral breast augmentation with vertical mastopexy using Mentor 450cc smooth, round saline implants, lipoabdominoplasty with1000 mL of supernatant fat extracted, and plication of the rectus muscles.
