    Our patient is a 38-year-old female who felt that her previous saline implants were not sitting properly. Dr. Traci Temmen corrected this by removing the implants and replacing them with size 350cc smooth, round silicone implants under the muscle to give the breasts more upper pole fullness and symmetry.
