The patient also wanted to enhance her size from a 34D to 34DD, so Dr. Temmen corrected this by removing the implants and replacing them with size 550cc smooth, round silicone implants to give the breasts more upper pole fullness. The patient is now pleased with the size and shape of her new breasts.
