    Our patient is a 55-year-old female with complaint of exchanging her saline implants to silicone. Previously, the patient had 500cc saline implants bilaterally for 15 years. The patient was a DD cup and wanted like to be a F cup. Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing breast augmentation with exchange of implants using ultra high profile 800cc silicone implants. While Dr. Temmen recommended a lift to achieve the best cosmetic result, this patient chose to achieve a lifting effect by using larger, higher profile implants.
