    Our patient is a 31-year-old female who has a several year complaint of loss of fullness of the superior pole of the breasts, sagging of the breasts, and complaint of small breasts. The patient also complained of lipodystrophy of the trunk. Previulsy, the patient was a 34B-cup and wanted to be a small C-cup. Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing liposuction of the truck, and fat transfer to breast. The total supernatant fat removed was 4000cc and a total of 450cc of fat were transferred to each breast.
